ActivityGate Cancellation & No Show Policy

 1-Cancellation
◾ Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Staycation has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Activity Gate, the Customer has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
◾ Combo tours can be canceled, but if anyone is canceling any of the single tours in combo then they will not be able to avail combo offer, In this case, we will consider Individual tour price of non-canceled tour & Refund the remaining amount.
◾ While booking combo please make sure that all combo tours options are available. If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.

2-No Show
◾ If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, or staycation bookings. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures*

Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Activity Gate in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, WhatsApp, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Activity Gate cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

ActivityGate Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the ActivityGate website, email, or voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information.

If there is no cancellation policy stated on the ActivityGate voucher, the following cancellation charges will be levied by the supplier of the services:

  • Cancelation will cost 15% of the paid amount before the beginning of the activity.
  • no-show: no refund.
  • You can cancel the ticket and keep the money in your account wallet and it will be valid for 12 months.
  • In case you requested the money to be in the wallet no cancellation charges will be deducted.
  • If the ticket is non-refundable and the customer requested to cancel it in this case we’ll cancel it but no refund will be processed.
  • If the cancellation is done due to weather conditions or any operation difficulty the cancellation fees will not be applied and we’ll refund the full amount.
